We're looking for a motivated, people-focused real estate agent to join our brokerage. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate law and market trends, along with exceptional organizational and communication skills. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while providing outstanding customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and negotiating deals that meet the needs of clients. Real Estate School Scholarships available - take classes at NO COST TO YOU! Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends and property values.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
• Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials and open house events.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations throughout all transactions.
• Provide guidance to clients on financing options, property inspections, and closing processes.
• Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple listings, appointments, and client communications efficiently.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage lenders.
