Overview

As a Sales Assistant, you will often serve as one of the primary points of contact for our customers. You will support sales operations by coordinating with customers, internal departments, warehouses, and production teams to ensure smooth communication and timely order fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to grow within the food manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Coordinate weekly and monthly production schedules and inventory levels with internal departments
• Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales goals and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Handle incoming emails and phone calls from customers and business partners
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and related paperwork
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts
• Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions
• Communicate effectively with clients, warehouse teams, production teams, and other departments
• Follow company communication procedures and internal policies
• Support sample shipments and marketing-related logistics as needed
• Take initiative to provide excellent customer service and operational support

Qualifications

:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and deadlines
• Customer service or client support experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
• Proficiency in English required Pay: $21.00 - $22.50 per hour
