• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with purchases, answering questions, and offering personalized suggestions to meet their needs
• Go above and beyond to make each customer feel like a part of our community and mission
• Have in-depth knowledge of our products, including fit, style, and the story behind each item
• Offer honest advice and feedback to customers about fit, popularity, and style
• Maintain store cleanliness to create a welcoming environment for our customers
• Open and close retail environments efficiently and safely
• Ensure the safety of our customers by adhering to health protocols
• Collaborate effectively with team members to continuously improve our brand
