Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Pensacola Harley-Davidson. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be crucial in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience. In this role not only are you paid hourly but also can earn commission!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Provide product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and displayed attractively.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, showcasing excellent customer service skills.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
• Follow company policies regarding phone etiquette when handling customer calls. Skills
