• WE ARE IMMEDIATELY HIRING FOR SALES REPRESENTATIVES TO SELL LANDSCAPE LIGHTING AND HOLIDAY LIGHTING SERVICES IN THE JACKSONVILLE AREA THIS IS A FULL-TIME SALES POSITION. If you enjoy networking, have an eye for design, love the Holiday season and really love making people happy, this Sales Representative job is for you! Twinkle Nights is an award-winning company and our product almost sells itself. We are the # 1 Holiday Lighting and Event company in the area and are growing fast! We are headquartered in Gainesville and need a happy go-getter to help us spread even more joy in the area. We are looking for someone able to handle a high demand sales role and grow with us. We are especially busy during the holiday season, September - Mid December. Sales Efforts:
• Attend Chamber Events, Networking Events, and Industry Tradeshows. BNI experience a plus.
• Call on 20-30 Pre-Qualified Hot leads a week generated by our marketing efforts.
• Travel to leads homes and businesses for measurements, design pictures, and agreement term planning.
• Work with the potential clients to design magical Christmas displays, beautiful Landscape lighting designs, or the memorable event lighting that meet their needs and budgets.
• Build quotes for client approvals using company CRM/Software.
• Build Installation Instruction Images for installation technicians.

Compensation

:

• There will be a starting pay of $18 per hour + 4% commission. Some overtime is often needed during the busy holiday season. Avg client ticket $3000. Unlimited earning potential.
• Mileage allowance at the standard rate. Job

Requirements

:

• Sales experience required
• Valid driver's license
• A love of Christmas and the Holiday Season
• Efficient computer skills. Microsoft Office, etc..
• Math skills: Able to take onsite measurements and apply the math calculations to properly quote prospective clients.
• Personable, dependable, a go-getter, high energy.
• Primarily Jolly
• Desire to expand with the company - Looking to work with us for multiple seasons or expand to Landscape and Event Lighting Sales
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an emphasis on professional and articulate phone etiquette.
• Calm demeanor that handles stressful situations gracefully.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to diverse clients.
• At least some business training, ie Associates Degree, or prior business training experience equivalent
• Multiple years of Outside Sales Experience- Direct to consumer as well as Business-to-business
• Government/Municipality RFQ/RFP bidding experience
• Computer/Technology Skills
• Photo editing software
• Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint and Excel
• Google Docs
• Experience working within a CRM, i.e., Salesforce, Jobber, Service Autopilot, ACT, etc.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret site dimensions and perform necessary calculations for accurate lighting plans, both in person and virtually.
• Morning person, but flexible to be available for the client as needed
• Sense of Urgency
• Walks w/ purpose at a good pace
• Uses and responds quickly to all forms of communication (voice, text, and/or email).
• Good social media presence with willingness to promote Twinkle Nights as well as any other referral partners. Must be willing to undergo background check and drug testing Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
