Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development Develop new clients and business opportunities in the building materials industry. Promote and sell company building material products to contractors, developers, builders, designers, distributors, and other potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Follow up with customer inquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and delivery coordination. Client Relationship & Project Follow-up Understand client needs and recommend suitable building material products and solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to support product information, pricing, logistics, and after-sales service. Track project progress and maintain regular communication with clients. Assist in preparing sales reports and client follow-up records. Market Research Collect market information, industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback. Identify potential sales channels and business partners in the building materials market.

Required Qualifications

/ Must have experience in building materials sales, or relevant experience in international trade or real estate. Strong sales ability, communication skills, and customer development skills. Familiar with building materials, construction projects, real estate development, or trade processes is preferred. Ability to independently develop clients and follow up on business opportunities. Goal-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work under sales targets. Good teamwork and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

/ Existing client resources in construction, real estate, building materials, contractors, developers, or distributors. Experience in selling flooring, tiles, stone, cabinets, doors, windows, hardware, or other building materials. Experience in international trade, import/export, supply chain, or project- based sales. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals. What We Offer/ Competitive base salary plus commission. Monthly base salary of $4,000 $6,000 plus 1.5% sales commission. $4,000 $6,000 1.5% Company product, pricing, supply chain, and project support.
