Now Hiring: Studio General Manager at HOTWORX! Are you passionate about fitness, leadership, and helping others reach their goals? Join the HOTWORX team a 24-hour infrared fitness studio unlike anything else! Our innovative workout system is the first ever 3D training experience , combining:

• Infrared Energy
• Exercise Together, these elements help members detox, tone up, and torch calories all in less time! Our members enjoy 24/7 access to guided sessions like HOT Yoga, Hot Cycle, and Hot Buns, each led by a virtual instructor inside private infrared saunas. Position: Studio General Manager We're looking for a motivated, energetic leader who's ready to grow a business, build a team, and help our community become the healthiest version of themselves. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with unlimited earning potential through performance-based bonuses and incentives.

Responsibilities

Include:

• Driving membership growth by meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals
• Creating an upbeat, positive environment where members feel motivated and valued
• Recruiting, hiring, and coaching your studio team leading by example through personal sales success
• Managing all studio operations, including scheduling, payroll, and facility upkeep
• Reporting daily to ownership on key performance metrics and lead generation
• Engaging the community through social media, outreach, and marketing efforts to grow the HOTWORX brand
• Utilizing CRM systems, POS software, and digital tools for member billing, communication, and retention
• Completing all required company trainings and applying best practices to maximize results What We're Looking For:
