Join Carpet One's team and be part of the nation's largest flooring co-op. We offer both commercial and residential flooring in an upscale and professional environment. We look forward to meeting a candidate who shares a desire to work in a fast paced and extremely detail oriented environment. You must be a team player and ready to take on new tasks and assignments daily. All our projects are custom done for each client's home or office so organization and strong note taking skills are a must. You will work alongside some of the Industry's best flooring professionals which means you will learn from the best in the business. This is a position where you must build trust with the customer through product knowledge, following through on measuring, estimates and details. You will assist in the sale from the first meeting until after the flooring is installed. The ideal candidate will be an independent, quick thinker and will be able to multitask. Saturday work is required [3-4 per month] Job Skills Needed: The ability to push through when things get tough Educate and Engage customers through product knowledge Be self-motivated High School Diploma Professional Appearance Strong Communication Skills Ability to lift 25-35lbs Ability to stand for long period of time Valid Driver's License Effective Communicator Treat co-workers with respect Basic Computer Skills Create and develop relationships that will lead to sales Attend Networking events Join networking groups Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
