Compensation

Pay structure is designed to reward performers. You will earn a base hourly rate plus shared commission pool. Base pay + commission to not fall under $22/hr but our top sales staff can make significantly more. If you can sell and hustle, you will thrive here. • A True Closer: You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to instantly greet, build rapport, and sell to visitors from around the world.
• Highly Reliable: You are punctual, dependable, and drama-free. Weekend and holiday availability is an absolute requirement.
• Team-Driven: Because we operate on a shared commission pool, dead weight hurts everyone. We expect every team member to pull their weight, maintain a tidy gallery, and assist with inventory and merchandising projects.
• Tech-Competent: You must be able to accurately use POS systems and integrate into existing operations using Excel and Google Sheets. The Role
• Promote and sell premium artwork, home goods, and apparel that helps visitors reconnect with places they love.
• Collaborate directly with the General Manager and Sales Manager to maintain efficient workflow and an inspiring gallery aesthetic.
• Restock displays, manage incoming inventory, and assist with high-level gallery operations as needed.
