We travel and work with artisans to create and curate distinctive collections of sterling silver and gemstone jewelry, clothing, textiles, furniture, and handcrafted gifts that celebrate traditional craftsmanship and timeless design. Our store offers a unique shopping experience where customers discover one-of- a-kind pieces and the stories behind them. Overview

We're looking for an experienced Sales Associate who enjoys working in a boutique retail environment and is passionate about helping customers find pieces they'll love. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with proven retail sales experience, enjoys building relationships, and is comfortable discussing pricing, quality, and value with customers. Knowledge of sterling silver, gemstones, or jewelry is a strong plus, but we're happy to provide additional product training for someone eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide exceptional, personalized customer service.
• Build lasting customer relationships through genuine conversation and attentive service.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Educate customers about our handcrafted jewelry, clothing, home dcor, and gifts.
• Confidently discuss product features, quality, craftsmanship, and pricing.
• Assist customers in selecting pieces that fit their style, needs, and budget.
• Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Help maintain beautiful visual displays and an organized sales floor.
• Assist with merchandising, receiving inventory, pricing, and general store operations.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging customers and initiating conversations.
• Ability to confidently discuss pricing and communicate the value of handcrafted, artisan-made products.
• Boutique retail experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of sterling silver, gemstones, or jewelry is a plus.
• Positive attitude, dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. What We Offer
