RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relationships.
• Help customers with claims. REQUIREMENTS: Having previous insurance experience is not required to apply for this position. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, driven, coachable, and positive. Excellent Communication Skills Written, Verbal, and Auditory Self-Motivation Detail-Oriented Mindset Proactive Problem-Solving Skills Ability to Make Presentations to Potential Customers Dedication to Customer Service Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows.
