We're seeking a Territory Manager in the Jackson area to manage a local territory and work directly with businesses across the community. If you're motivated, self-directed, and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment, this could be a strong fit for you. This role focuses on outside business-to-business sales, client relationship development, and territory growth. This is a full time, field-based sales role where you'll follow a clear activity plan, meet with business owners and decision-makers in person, build your client base, and establish a strong presence throughout your territory. This position is best suited for individuals who take ownership of their work, stay consistent with activity, and are motivated by achieving results. In This Role, You Will

• Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and in-person outreach to local businesses within your territory.
• Develop lasting relationships with local business clients in your territory to ensure retention and long-term satisfaction
• Conduct professional consultative sales presentations to guide clients through available products and services
• Engage with the business community to uncover new territory growth and account development opportunities
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development to strengthen performance
• Maintain exceptional customer relationships and service standards for all clients What We're Looking For

Compensation

: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
