Baypoint Systems is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in San Jose, CA. In this role, you will engage directly with customers in a fast-paced retail environment, assist with product selections, answer questions, and help create a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Educate customers on products, promotions, and services.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Support individual and team sales goals through strong customer service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, while ensuring the products are the correct fit for our customers.
• Help resolve customer questions and concerns professionally, prioritising the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers.
• Stay informed on current promotions, products, and company policies.
• Collaborate with your team to generate creative solutions to niche customer needs.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Goal-driven with a positive attitude.
• Weekend availability preferred. What We Offer
