Account Executive Full Time Sales Atlanta GA Base $95K - $105K Plus Commissions (No Cap) A successful candidate would have 3+ years of hands on experience in the security space including Video, Access Control. and Intrusion. Successful Candidate must have 3+ year of physical security experience with Access Control and CCTV Sales (MANDATORY) WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Executing a strategy to maximize both revenue growth and profitability, along with building long-term customer loyalty.
• Leveraging market data and resources to target and prospect customers to uncover needs for solution selling.
• Answering technical and business questions and offering solutions to issues that may arise during a sales cycle.
• Providing consultative recommendations to clients, as well as the cost to implement them.
• Forecasting sales and developing out of the box sales strategies.
• Managing quotes and funnels on a monthly basis to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Preparing complete, accurate, and timely paperwork to ensure efficient processing of customer transactions.
• Familiarizing oneself with competitors' products to sell against them. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
• Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience within security system solution selling.
• Demonstrated success selling into commercial and/or government sectors.
• Working knowledge of one or more leading security system brands (e.g., Avigilon, Milestone, LenelS2, Bosch, Genetec, Axis, Hikvision).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals while building strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• CRM experience with the ability to maintain accurate and timely records of pipeline activity.
• Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills with accountability for achieving sales targets.
• Ability to clearly articulate product features, capabilities, and value to customers.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize high-impact activities.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (intermediate level or above).
• Experience working with government entities and public safety agencies (PD/FD/EMS) preferred. PERKS:

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Regular travel within the assigned territory is required to meet with clients, attend events, and build/maintain customer relationships. Candidates must be comfortable managing their schedule and traveling independently to ensure consistent face-to-face engagement with their customer base. Candidates must reside in or be local to the Greater Atlanta GA area. DIRECT REPORTS: No Direct Reports Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
