What You'll Do

• Work side-by-side with your trainer/Manager through the first month of training
• Meet with homeowners, assess roofing needs, and present professional estimates
• Generate new sales through door-knocking, referrals, and company leads.
• Build relationships and network based on honesty and reliability
• Close deals and guide customers through the insurance or financing process
• Represent our company with integrity and care in every interaction
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and job sites with discipline and consistency What We Offer:
