Position: Car Salesperson Job Type: Full-time (Saturdays Required) Shifts: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, 9:00am to 8:00pm, or 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm (schedule varies) Location: T &T; Coast Buick GMC, 2205 Highway 35 Sea Girt, NJ 08750

Responsibilities

: As a Car Salesperson, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Understanding and addressing customer needs and preferences
• Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques
• Staying updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications

:

• Proven track record in automotive sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
