Duties

• Engage with prospective customers through inbound inquiries and proactive outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities and expand the dealership's sales pipeline.
• Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to match customer needs and preferences.
• Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, financing options, and add-on services to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels by coordinating with inventory control teams and utilizing CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
• Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, accessories, or service packages to maximize revenue per sale.
• Develop strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service, addressing questions promptly, and maintaining ongoing communication.
• Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, public speaking engagements, and community outreach to attract new clients. Skills
• Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end vehicles.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to influence purchasing decisions effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM software for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and maintaining customer records.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or outbound calling campaigns.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline efficiently.
• Knowledge of automotive inventory management, inventory control procedures, and retail math for accurate deal closing.
• Excellent phone etiquette and public speaking skills to confidently present vehicles and engage customers both in person and over the phone.
• Experience with dealership operations including deal management, inventory oversight, and marketing strategies is preferred.
