Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their appliance needs through active listening and engaging conversation
• Demonstrate appliance features and benefits through hands-on product demos to educate and excite customers
• Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling
• Up sell complementary products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about appliances, store policies, and promotions with clear communication skills
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment, including cashiering duties such as balancing cash drawers and handling retail math accurately

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
• Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, to connect effectively with diverse customers
• Excellent phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone or in person
