Position Summary

We are seeking a Parts Sales Representative to support our wholesale parts operations. This role is primarily phone-based and focuses on delivering excellent customer service while helping customers quickly and accurately identify and purchase the parts they need. Why Join Us?

Compensation

We offer both hourly and commission-based compensation options, depending on experience.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls from parts customers and assist with parts selection
• Provide pricing, availability, and product information
• Upsell related parts and identify additional customer needs
• Process orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup
• Follow up on quotes, backorders, and special orders
• Coordinate with warehouse and outside sales team to fulfill customer needs
• Maintain accurate invoicing and ensure proper account authorization
• Proactively reach out to assigned accounts to generate sales
• Stay current on products and participate in training programs What We're Looking For
