JOB ID: 727853BR Date posted: Jul. 16, 2026 Description: You will be the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) Lead for the SIOP team which is responsible for driving endtoend SIOP processes to align demand, supply, and financial targets.

  • What You Will Be Doing As the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) Lead you will be responsible for shaping strategic planning, executive governance, and crossfunctional collaboration. "Your responsibilities will include:"
  • Facilitate crossfunctional decisionmaking forums to align demand, supply, and financial outcomes.
  • Prepare and present concise executive SIOP briefings, integrating financial insights and scenario analysis.
  • Lead continuousimprovement initiatives and champion adoption of planning tools such as SAP and Kinaxis.
  • Build trusted relationships across program management, finance, operations, and senior leadership while mentoring participants.

You are a collaborative strategic thinker with a proven track record in SIOP processes, capable of influencing senior leaders and driving measurable improvements in service levels, inventory reduction, and profitable growth.

Basic Qualifications

:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience with SIOP (SalesIntegrated Operations Planning) or S&OP; (Sales & Operations Planning) processes
  • Experience with planning systems such as SAP or Kinaxis
  • Experience working crossfunctionally with teams Desired Skills:
  • Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
  • Aerospace & Defense industry experience
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • Strong expertise with ERP/MRP systems, configuration management, and capability constraints
  • Ability to integrate SIOP with EACs and financial forecasting
  • Proven track record of leading organizational change initiatives
  • Translate longterm business strategy into actionable planning tactics
  • Skilled at negotiating capacity, leadtime, and inventory tradeoffs with internal stakeholders
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
