This role combines outside sales, inside customer service, and creative layout design to deliver exceptional value to clients. With a focus on renovation, remodeling, and construction projects, you'll leverage your negotiation skills and product knowledge to upsell and expand our customer relationships. Duties

• Engage with customers both in-store and on-site to understand their window and door needs for renovation or new construction projects
• Present product demos and explain features to highlight benefits, emphasizing high-end options and customization opportunities
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and additional services to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage account relationships through ongoing communication, follow-up, and after-sales support to foster loyalty Skills
• Experience in outside sales with a strong track record in high-end or luxury product markets is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation skills paired with effective communication abilities in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Some knowledge of renovation, remodeling and construction processes.
• Ability to perform product demos confidently while highlighting features like specialized window solutions
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and customer relationships.
