We're hiring a Full-Time Jewelry Sales Consultant who is professional, coachable, and motivated to build a career. What You'll Do

• Deliver a professional, relationship-driven customer experience
• Guide customers in selecting engagement rings, fine jewelry, watches, and gifts
• Learn diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry fundamentals and apply them confidently in sales
• Build repeat business through follow-up and strong client relationships
• Contribute to a team environment focused on performance and results What We're Looking For
• Sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• Coachable, with a desire to improve and grow
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment (commission + goals)
• Available for a retail schedule including weekends and peak seasons (No PTO from Nov. 1Jan. 1, and week prior to Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) Jewelry experience is a plus, but not required we will train the right person. GIA students or graduates are encouraged to apply.
