Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to develop effective sales strategies.

Duties

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Conduct telemarketing and outside sales activities to generate leads and close deals.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance benefits administration processes and improve overall client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Track sales performance metrics and report on progress regularly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or retail environments.
• Strong telemarketing skills with a track record of successful lead generation.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in benefits administration is desirable but not mandatory.
