Responsibilities

include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients to maintain and grow account revenue.
• Analyze sales data to identify and leverage all potential opportunities for the brand to enhance market performance and drive growth.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and track performance metrics.
• Able to visit stores and clients to perform in-store sales.
• Create and educate clients about the company products and services.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Manage strategic accounts and collaborate with the marketing team to closely design and successfully launch projects.
• Participate in various promotional events, such as international and domestic beauty exhibitions and consultations, to identify potential customers and trends online and offline.
• Coordinated with internal teams to ensure effective inventory control and timely purchase order fulfillment.
• Performed additional tasks and special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Business to business sales and wholesale experience in beauty industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• 1+ years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Managing experience in chain store accounts for local and nationally distribution
• Ability to maintain a positive uplifting attitude
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Knowledge of Microsoft software and Slack
• Must have driver's license
• Able to travel (domestic and international) with no travel restrictions.
• Required lifting of boxes, promotional materials, products, etc.
• Bilingual (English & Korean) required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
