Duties

• Build strong customer relationships through personalized communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Upsell additional products such as warranties, accessories, and service packages to maximize revenue
• Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized customer records
• Engage in outbound sales activities including cold calling and outreach to prospective clients via phone or in person

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets
• Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and client negotiation abilities
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
• Experience with CRM systems (technically supported) for customer relationship management and sales tracking
• Knowledge of automotive financing options and inventory control processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building lasting customer relationships and providing outstanding service
• Ability to perform retail math accurately for pricing, discounts, and profit calculations
