Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selections, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, retail store product knowledge, and experience with sales transactions. Bilingual abilities and previous retail experience are a plus. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them
• Operate POS systems and handle retail sales transactions accurately using cash register operations and cash handling procedures
• Upsell products and promote special offers through effective communication and product demos
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is well-maintained and visually appealing through merchandising
• Manage product demos to engage customers and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate cash drawer handling and perform basic math calculations for transactions Experience
• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, retail math, and cash register operations is highly desirable
• Bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases
