This role is essential in supporting our continued growth and referral development efforts.

Job Description

The Home Care Marketer is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships, promoting agency services, and contributing to census growth through strategic outreach and networking initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources
• Conduct outreach to hospitals, rehab centers, clinics, and community partners
• Promote Ideal Home Health Services to healthcare professionals
• Identify new referral opportunities
• Track Marketing activities and referral outcomes
• Meet established performance goals
• Represent the agency at meetings and events

Requirements

• Experience in home care marketing, healthcare marketing, or community outreach
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional and reliable demeanor
• Knowledge of Brooklyn and Bronx markets preferred
• Multilingual candidate preferred

Compensation

• Salary range: $50,000-$80,000 annually, based on experience
