Compensation

$16.00 $20.00 + per hour (including commissions) In addition to hourly pay, we offer:

What You'll Do

• Meet and exceed membership sales goals
• Promote current sales, services, and retail offerings
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
• Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service
• Check clients in and out efficiently
• Maintain a clean, professional spa environment
• Communicate effectively with massage therapists and estheticians to maximize booking opportunities
• Complete daily operational and administrative tasks
• Enter and maintain accurate client information in our system What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience with measurable results
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of retail or membership sales experience
