JGSM Inc., a sales and development firm, is seeking an Account Representative for our Tampa auto glass team. The Account Representative's job is to coordinate logistics and confirm appointments. You'll also explain why our team can't be there at the exact minute they requested because they're not a wizard, just a diligent person with a van full of glass. As an Account Representative, you will work face-to-face with customers, provide expert advice on auto glass repair and recommend the best services that meet their needs, while ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. • Engage with customers in person to listen to their auto glass concerns and offer practical repair and replacement solutions.
• Support sales efforts by highlighting the long-term benefits of quality auto glass and guiding our customers toward better options.
• Deliver attentive sales and service by helping customers understand their choices and be confident in their auto glass decisions.
• Strengthen customer relationships through professional follow-up and dedicated customer service after our auto glass service.
• Maximize sales potential by introducing customers to additional auto glass protection and enhancement options.
• Support overall sales performance by delivering excellent customer service that leads to satisfied customers and repeat auto glass sales. Preferred Skills for a Account Representative
