We are looking for a mature, friendly and ambitious individual to help customers on our retail sales floor. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to address customers' needs quickly and professionally. We are looking for someone who values teamwork and is able to understand other people's perspectives and work effectively with a wide array of personality types. This position is not a summer position for college students - We are looking for a permanent part time or fulltime sales associate.

Responsibilities

:

• Work in a retail store.
• Be tolerant of a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to interact comfortably with people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Have an eye for detail.
• Have good communication skills.
• Work with inventory: stocking, cleaning and merchandising
• Have basic sales training
• Always be polite and attentive to customers. Make eye contact and smile. Do not avoid customers.
• Understand technology, including the ability to use point-of-sale systems.
• Must be 18 years old to fill propane tanks Physical

Requirements

The minimum physical requirements for this position include: Ability to stand for an extended period of time, walk, reach, and bend to perform job duties Move and handle merchandise up to 40 pounds, and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting and perform all functions as set forth Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour
