Responsibilities

:

• Interact with customers in a retail setting, and provide friendly customer service.
• Educate customers on their customized cellphone plan depending on their qualifications.
• Stand and greet each customer, while letting them know their personalized benefits.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
• Communicate with managers regarding daily goals.
• Provide product knowledge on new technology.
• Assist and support existing customers, addressing their needs and inquiries.

Qualifications

:

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills.
