: $150,000$500,000+ projected annual earnings, commission- based Regency Construction is expanding and hiring elite construction and home improvement sales professionals across California. We are looking for proven in-home sales closers who can sell high-ticket residential construction and remodeling projects to homeowners. This position is for experienced salespeople only people who know how to control a sales appointment, build urgency, present value, explain financing, and close deals. If you have experience selling home improvement, remodeling, roofing, HVAC, windows, solar, foundation, exterior work, kitchen/bath, ADUs, or other high- ticket home services, we want to speak with you. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of home services, home improvement, construction, or in-home sales experience
• Proven ability to close high-ticket deals

• Strong presentation, communication, and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable working with homeowners face-to-face
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
