What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments
• Listen to customers' needs and recommend customized solutions
• Present products, financing options, and project proposals
• Build trust through professionalism and product knowledge
• Follow up with customers and close sales
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish What We're Looking For
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong closing and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement sales is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a winning team
