We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Event Sales & Coordinator to join our team someone who's as excited about the sale as they are about the celebration. What you'll do

• Sales & client relationships Convert inquiries into booked events, guide clients through our offerings, and build lasting relationships through professionalism and care.
• Event groundwork Understand requirements for each event, book venue, manage paperwork, and set up event planners for success always with an eye on budget and timeline.
• Payments & admin Receive and process payments, maintain accurate records, and handle very basic bookkeeping tasks with precision.
• Problem solving Tackle challenges quickly and with a positive attitude to uphold our commitment to client satisfaction. Who we're looking for
• Proven track record in sales or event coordination you know how to close and how to deliver
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills verbal, written, and everything in between
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; typing speed of 60+ WPM
• Well-organized, calm under pressure, and a strong multi-tasker
• A natural "people person" who brings enthusiasm and a competitive edge
• Degree in hospitality management, public relations, or a related field is preferred

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience: 3 years of sales experience (required)
• License: Valid driver's license (required)
• Screening: Must pass drug screening & background check
• Relocation: Must be local or relocate before start date
• Schedule: 35 55 hrs/week evenings, weekends & holidays required Why join us
