Job Summary

Running Gear Parts is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Sales Representative to help grow our local business throughout the DallasFort Worth area. This position focuses on developing relationships with trailer repair shops, trailer dealers, fabrication shops, welding shops, fleet maintenance companies, and other commercial customers. You will spend much of your time visiting local businesses, introducing our products, identifying new opportunities, and helping customers find the right trailer parts and solutions. If you enjoy meeting new people, building long-term business relationships, and working independently, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Visit local trailer repair shops, trailer dealers, fabrication shops, fleet maintenance companies, and other commercial customers throughout the DFW area.
• Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, in-person visits, and relationship building.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Present and promote our trailer parts, axle components, brake systems, suspension products, hubs, drums, jacks, and related products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Prepare quotes and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and inside sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
• Represent the company professionally and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Experience in trailer parts, truck parts, automotive parts, industrial products, construction equipment, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage daily travel.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Mandarin) is a plus but not required. What We Offer
