Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives in a consultative sales environment? We're looking for a Jewelry Sales Consultant to join our family-owned jewelry store. Jewelry experience is a plus, but we also welcome professionals from luxury retail, bridal, hospitality, automotive, real estate, or other relationship-driven sales backgrounds. What You'll Do

• Build lasting relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
• Guide clients through engagement ring, bridal, fine jewelry, and custom jewelry purchases
• Manage the sales process from consultation through delivery and follow-up
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Maintain communication throughout custom orders and special projects
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, store presentation, and daily operations
• Support a collaborative, positive team environment What We're Looking For
• Previous retail or consultative sales experience required
• Jewelry, luxury retail, bridal, or high-end sales experience preferred
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask while providing personalized customer service
• Comfortable working in a small business where teamwork and flexibility are valued
