Summary Join our Retail Therapy Consignment team as a Sales Associate, where you will play a vital role in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and working with a motivated team. You will work the sales floor and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your retail expertise will contribute to the store's success and growth.

Duties

• Coordinate with the owner regarding inventory needs and store priorities
• Assist executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
• Working the sales floor
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and cashiering duties with accuracy
• Merchandising to promote products and increase store traffic
• Elevate the overall customer experience through engagement, styling assistance, and strong leadership
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the store
• Assist with store layout and visual merchandising to keep the sales floor fresh, organized, and inviting
• Ensure team members work together for the best customer experience Skills
• Experience in retail preferred but not required
• Brand and fashion trend awareness is important
• Strong negotiation skills to drive sales and resolve customer concerns effectively
• Excellent communication skills, bilingual abilities are a plus
• Passion for fashion, styling and merchandising/store presentation
• Proficiency in inventory control, POS systems, cash handling, and retail math
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy retail environment
• Organizational skills with time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
