Inside Sales Manager to join a leading HVAC manufacturer. This Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of Inside Sales individuals, ensure group process procedures are adhered to and undertake detailed presentations to both internal and external teams. The Inside Sales Manager must have experience in managing team, preferably in the construction/mechanical engineering industry sectors. You need to be able to commute to the office in Fort-Worth, Texas. Package $75,000-$100,000 Health, Dental, Vision 401(k) Profit Share Inside Sales Manager Role Oversee a team of Inside Sales individuals within the HVAC, air distribution focused team Implement and improve sales process and procedure for HVAC products including louvers and dampers Conduct presentations with internal and external teams Develop internal team knowledge of HVAC applications Able to commute to the office in Fort-Worth, Texas Inside Sales Manager

Requirements

Experience managing sales teams in the HVAC, mechanical engineering and/or construction sector Displayable background in presenting to internal and external teams Experience in the use of Epicor or a similar ERP system would be advantageous Able to commute to the office in Fort-Worth, Texas Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
