Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B relationships with contractors, builders, landscape designers, architects, pool companies, dealers, hospitality businesses, and commercial clients.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on leads and manage your sales pipeline.
• Represent CA Firegates professionally both in person and virtually.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (required).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and networking.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation during the in-house training period.
• Ability to work independently after transitioning to a remote work environment. Compensation
