Business Development Representative North Star Title Agency Join a growing title agency built for professionals who want to win. North Star Title is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Representative to help expand our presence in the market and build lasting partnerships with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and other industry professionals. This is an opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on creating new business, delivering real value to clients, and being part of a company that is focused on service, responsiveness, and long-term growth. What You'll Do

• Develop new business and create strong referral relationships with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and related professionals
• Maintain and grow an active pipeline of prospects and clients
• Represent North Star Title through sales calls, office visits, meetings, networking events, and industry functions
• Educate clients and prospects on our title insurance, settlement, and closing services
• Deliver a high level of follow-up, communication, and client service that sets us apart from competitors
• Track activity, opportunities, and client engagement in our CRM
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and business development goals What We're Looking For
• Sales experience preferred; title, mortgage, real estate, or related industry experience is a strong plus
• Strong relationship-building and networking ability
• Self-starter mentality with a high level of motivation and accountability
• Confidence in face-to-face meetings, presentations, and business development conversations
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to accept rejection as a part of business development, and view setbacks as learning opportunities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer
