Duties

• Develop new business opportunities through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing strategies to generate leads and expand our client base
• Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales by engaging with corporate clients and presenting customized technology solutions that meet their needs
• Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term relationships
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, manage customer information, and monitor sales pipelines
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements, addressing inquiries promptly, and offering technical sales support when needed
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to enhance sales strategies Experience
• Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing within a technology or B2B sales environment
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
• Experience in technical sales or business development roles is highly desirable
• Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
