We're looking for an outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team! In this role, you'll connect directly with customers through face-to-face outreach , helping to build brand awareness, generate new leads, and drive sales in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll serve as the main point of contact for customers, creating positive, memorable interactions while building strong, lasting relationships based on trust and excellent service.

Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers in finding products and providing them with product information.
• Provide sales assistance and generate leads
• Provide brand promotion and awareness for our clients
• Promote sales and special offers to customers and encourage them to sign up for loyalty programs.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, new arrivals, and new promotions.

Requirements

:

• Previous Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
