Sales Consultant High Sierra Power Sports Location: Reno, NV / Carson City, NV Join One of Northern Nevada's Fastest Growing Powersports & Vehicle Dealerships High Sierra Power Sports is looking for highly motivated sales professionals who are driven to make great money while helping customers find the perfect vehicle. We specialize in powersports, off-road vehicles, RVs, trailers, classic cars, lifted trucks, performance vehicles, and more. What You'll Do

• Greet customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Build relationships and provide an outstanding buying experience.
• Learn our inventory and confidently present features and benefits.
• Follow up with leads using our CRM.
• Create Facebook Marketplace and social media listings.
• Record walk-around videos and vehicle content.
• Negotiate deals and overcome objections professionally.
• Work with management to structure and close sales.
• Maintain product knowledge on current inventory.
• Keep detailed customer notes and follow-up schedules. What We're Looking For
• Sales experience preferred (automotive or powersports is a plus but not required).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and CRM software.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. What We Offer

Compensation

Base pay plus commission. Top performers have the opportunity to earn six figures. Schedule

• Full-time (6 Days a week)
