Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers through phone calls and emails to introduce company products and services.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships, understand basic business needs, and support the sales process.
• Identify potential business opportunities and assist in generating qualified leads through outreach activities.
• Support account management activities and help ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with internal teams, including marketing and technical staff, to provide information and solutions to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM systems.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and industry developments to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in an IT-related field, sales support, inside sales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn sales techniques and technology solutions.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with CRM platforms is a plus, but not required.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
