Duties

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target healthcare facilities and medical professionals.
• Develop new referral sources while building and maintaining consistent growth within existing accounts.
• Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Provide technical sales support by explaining complex product specifications clearly and effectively.
• Lead outside sales efforts through regular visits to clients' locations, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-up.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, particularly within the medical or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical product details and value propositions.
• Demonstrated ability in account management, maintaining positive relationships with healthcare clients.
• Knowledge of medical sales processes, including product demos, technical sales approaches, and customer service excellence.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently while meeting sales targets.
• Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and motivate team collaboration.
