Role Description The Sales Associate role at KIA of Fargo is a full-time, on-site position located in Fargo, ND. The Sales Associate will engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences, present and demonstrate vehicles, and guide customers through the purchasing process. This role involves meeting sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining knowledge of available vehicles and offers. Collaboration with the sales team and contributing to a positive dealership environment are essential responsibilities of this role.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

• Sales acumen and ability to meet or exceed targets
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and active listening abilities
• Familiarity with automotive products and services is a plus
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Willingness to learn, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
