Great opportunity awaits! We offer a fair hourly rate, plus commission & bonus opportunities! We are looking for a full time retail sales associates to promote and support The Red Wing Shoes brand of premium work and safety footwear while providing conscientious customer service to each retail customer. Excellent opportunity to learn the business move into outside sales if desired.

• We offer great retail hours.
• Monday through Friday: 9 am to 7 pm.
• Saturday: 10 am to 6 pm
• Sunday: 12 pm to 5 pm.
• We are looking for someone that will be willing to work these retail hours.
• 30-40 hours per week. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Promote and support the Red Wing brand image through professional selling.
• Enter customer information and sales info
• Operate our POS sale system
• Measure and fit every customer properly
• Explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications.
• Practice industrial sales lead development on the fitting stool
• Assist the store manager with Business to Business sales, fittings and onsite service.
• Assist the store manager with mobile shoe store operations. QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required and 0-2 years related experience/training.
• Team and collaboration orientation
• Results oriented
• Effective Written/Verbal Communication
• Computer Utilization
• Retail experience PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Lifting 50 pounds, bending lacing shoes, and climbing a ladder.
