Overview

: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential sales opportunities - Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of sales strategies - Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

Qualifications

: - Proven experience in outside sales or related field - Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities - Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly - Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals - Technical sales experience is a plus We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
