Inside Sales Representative Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) is looking for a sociable, driven, and detailoriented, experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Cerritos, California. What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a key player in ensuring seamless customer experiences and supporting the success of our sales organization. A typical day may include:

• Preparing accurate customer quotes, including pricing, delivery details, and terms
• Processing customer purchase orders quickly and precisely
• Monitoring order activity using backlog reports, openorder reports, and customer portals
• Tracking and following up on quote activity, open orders, and customer inquiries
• Coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure ontime delivery
• Acting as a reliable liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Supporting the sales team with Requests for Quotes (RFQs)
• Assisting field sales with business development and accountgrowth initiatives
• Delivering exceptional service to both new and existing accounts Your work keeps customer operations running smoothly and supports GST's commitment to delivering bestinclass service.

Qualifications

& Skills

• 3-4 years of inside sales experience , preferably in a technology, partsmanufacturing, distribution, or customerfacing environment.
• Experience in selling IT and AV solutions, networking hardware, managed services, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, or other complex B2B products is a huge plus
• Proven negotiation and upselling skills, with the ability to build strong, longterm customer relationships
• Confidence in preparing and delivering quotes to clients
• Experience with ERP systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, data tracking)
• Excellent written communication skills, especially through email
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and stay effective in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
• Calm, resourceful problemsolver with strong criticalthinking skills
• A proactive selfstarter who collaborates well across teams and maintains a customerfocused mindset
