Ged's Floor Store in Grand Prairie is a retail flooring showroom with the largest selection of in-stock flooring in North Texas. We have been family owned and operated for over 50 years. We are always looking for friendly, energetic and motivated individuals that enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Our average sales associates earn $125,000+. If you are someone that takes pride in the work that you do and enjoys helping people by providing great customer service, then we are looking for you! Position: Inside Sales Associate - Full Time Commission: $125,000+ on average Job Type: Full-time (40-45 hours per week) This job is full-time commission and requires working some weekends.

Essential Functions

:

• Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals
• Maintain a strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing, and promotions
• Take sales calls
• Provide top quality customer service The Must Haves:
• General computer knowledge
• 2+ Years of Sales/Customer service experience
